I received 3 stretched canvas pictures ordered from Hautelook. The canvas on one of the pictures was loose and buckling when it arrived.

Since this was listed as a non-returnable final sale item, I am out $60.00 for a picture I cannot use. Sad to say that I will not be ordering from this company again unless they step up and provide a mutually satisfying solution to this problem. I can understand a no return policy for final sale items, however, when an item arrives damaged there should be some compensation.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does Hautelook care about their customers?

Monetary Loss: $60.

Had the same issue. I ordered an item, didnโ€™t realize it was final sale.

Three weeks later the item arrived and it didnโ€™t work.

I took it to the local Rack and they said it was final and did nothing. I will not order from them again,

They are always good about refunding full cost and shipping when the item is damaged. So I would have to say that you didn't try to return it.

i had same problem. BUT, I SENT THEM BACK ANYWAY, WHICH COST ME TO MAIL $23.00.

I HAVENT'T HEARD FROM THEM YET ON THE 20 ITEMS I RETURNED THAT WERE DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED OR "SECONDS". I WILL CONTACT THEM IF I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM SOON.

I received damaged non returnable cosmetics today and within 5 minutes, I had my money refunded to me and told that I did not have to send back the damaged items. You should try to contact them because they handled my issue very well. Ideally, I wish they could send me a new item but at least I got a refund.
