This website is complete ***. I ordered something that was supposed to arrive over a month ago and it never even shipped.

I log on today to check on things and it says the order has been canceled. I spoke with several representatives that all gave me the run around on when my order would arrive. They eventually told me the truth that they didn't order enough inventory and offered me A $10 credit. Why the *** would I use this?

So you can screw up another order?

I cannot believe that Nordstrom is associated with this disaster of a website. I will never order from you again.

Monetary Loss: $50.
