Purchased 2 bags on 10.2.17.. I have been promised several different shipping dates as they have my items in thier on hand. They have yet to ship. My credit card company has recommended a I fill fraud charges and start to contact regulatory agencies. Tomorrow will be a month from the purchase date.

Bad refund process. Refunds take longer than 5-7 business days. Customer service is unable to resolve the issues. Complete lack of respect for customers - promise to follow up and call you back and never do. Supervisors and managers are not available and a promise is made they will call back - which never happens. Very bad experience
